Where to check your plan
Inside any Yammbo product open Settings → Plan. You’ll see:
- The product, plan name and price.
- The next renewal date.
- The payment method on file.
Each product is billed independently. If you use POS and Web, you’ll see one plan in each — and one invoice per product.
Change plan
Click Change plan on the same screen and pick a new option. The change takes effect right away. If you’re upgrading mid-cycle, we charge the prorated difference; if you’re downgrading, you get a credit for the next renewal.
Cancel
You can cancel from Settings → Plan → Cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the current period — you keep access until the period ends.
If you cancel and want to reactivate later, your data is kept for at least 90 days (subject to the legal retention policy). After that period your data may be permanently deleted; if you need it back, contact support before that window closes.
Download invoices
In Settings → Billing → Invoices you’ll find each invoice as a PDF, with the date, plan and tax info. You can also forward a copy to your accountant from the same screen.
Failed payment
If a card payment fails:
- We retry automatically for a few days.
- You’ll get an email every time a retry fails.
- After the final retry your subscription is paused — your data is not deleted, but the product is read-only until you update the card.
To fix it, go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods and update the card.
