The fastest fix is usually one of these. Try them in order.

1. Wrong email or wrong password

Double-check:

  • The email is the one you registered with (not a similar one).
  • Caps Lock is off.
  • There’s no extra space at the beginning or end (this is common when pasting from a password manager).

If you’re not sure of the password, click Forgot your password? and reset it. The reset is safe — it doesn’t delete anything.

2. The reset email isn’t arriving

  • It can take 2-3 minutes.
  • Look in Spam and Promotions.
  • Check it’s the right account email. A typo means the email goes nowhere.

3. Two-step verification code rejected

Codes from authenticator apps expire every 30 seconds. If yours keeps failing:

  • Confirm your phone’s clock is set to automatic time (a clock that’s a minute off makes codes invalid).
  • Try entering the next code (the app shows a refreshed code every 30 s).
  • If you lost access to the authenticator app, use one of the recovery codes you saved when 2FA was enabled. If you don’t have them, write to support — we’ll need to verify your identity to reset 2FA.

4. The page just keeps loading

It’s almost always a network issue.

  • Reload the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop, swipe down on mobile).
  • Try a different network (mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, for example).
  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window — a heavy browser extension can block sign-in flows.

5. Still nothing?

Write to [email protected]. Tell us:

  • Which product you’re trying to use (POS, Web, Store, etc.)
  • The email of the account.
  • A screenshot of the error if you saw one.

We don’t ask for your password — never share it with us.
