Signing in to your Yammbo account

You use the same Yammbo account for every product. Once you’re in, you can switch between Web, POS, Music, Store, Flow and Bot without signing in again.

Sign in

  1. Go to the product you want (for example pos.yammbo.com).
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. If your account has two-step verification on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

If you’re already signed in elsewhere, you’ll be sent straight through.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen click Forgot your password?.
  2. Enter the email of your account.
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from Yammbo.
  4. Click the link in the email and choose a new password.

The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expires, just request a new one — old links stop working as soon as a new one is sent.

Account email didn’t arrive

  • It can take 2-3 minutes after you request it. Wait a bit before requesting another link.
  • Check the spam / promotions folder.
  • Confirm the email is exactly the one you signed up with. A typo means the email goes to no-one.
  • If still nothing, write to [email protected] with the email you used.

Two-step verification

We strongly recommend enabling two-step verification (2FA) on accounts that handle sales, customer data or your store catalogue. You’ll find it in Profile → Security inside any product.
