Yammbo Bot is a chat agent that replies to messages your business gets on social and chat apps. It uses your brand persona and your knowledge base to answer questions, capture leads and pass to a human when needed.
Where it runs
- Instagram — replies to DMs and to comments on your posts.
- Facebook Messenger — replies to DMs on your Page.
- WhatsApp — replies to messages on your business number (requires WhatsApp Business API setup; we walk you through it).
- Telegram — replies on your Telegram channel or bot.
The same brain answers across all channels, so your customer feels consistency.
What it can do today
- Answer frequently asked questions (“what are your hours?”, “do you ship to my city?”).
- Explain products and services (“what’s the difference between X and Y?”).
- Capture leads — name, contact, what they need — and store them so you can follow up.
- Hand off to human when a customer asks for one.
What it doesn’t do (yet)
- Take payment.
- Book appointments into a third-party calendar.
- Speak voice notes (text only for now).
